Andrew brings 30 years of diversified business qualifications acquired in the software and banking industries and a proven history of building relationships, trust, and credibility among customers, employees, senior management teams, and Board of Directors.

Prior to his role as CEO of IntraLinks, Damico spent 4 years there as COO and EVP of Global Sales. Earlier in his career, he spent a number of years as Senior Vice President at Radnet, and prior to that he had been Director of Consulting at Lotus Development. His global experience includes leading business operations in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK, and the US.
A resident of New Hope, PA, Andrew has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Andrew serves as a Board Member of WizeHive in Conshohocken, PA.
