January 12, 2018 by Allison Bell
Integrity Marketing Group L.L.C. has acquired Neishloss & Fleming Inc. for a price that was not disclosed.
Integrity Marketing is a privately held, Dallas-based distributor of life and health products aimed at older consumers. The company was founded in 2006. It now has relationships with 120,000 independent agents located throughout the United States.
Neishloss & Fleming is a Pittsburgh-based company that distributes Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplement insurance plans. The company was founded in 1982, by Alice and Eric Neishloss. In 2017, the company generated about $75 million in new Medicare plan premiums, according to Integrity. When it was acquired, it was privately held.
Although Integrity is not disclosing the deal price, it says the former owners of Neishloss & Fleming now have a stake in Integrity.
Integrity says that, including the Neishloss & Fleming employees, it has about 300 full-time employees.
“All employees of Neishloss & Fleming maintain their current roles with the company,” Integrity says in the deal announcement.
Maggie Fleming, a daughter of Alice and Erich Neishloss, has been the president of Neishloss & Fleming.
Tom Fleming, Maggie Fleming’s husband, has been the company’s chairman.
Tom Fleming said in a statement about the deal that aligning with Integrity will position Neishloss & Fleming for future growth.
Maggie Fleming said that Neishloss & Fleming has worked to put brokers first. “We cannot imagine partnering with anyone but Integrity for our next phase of growth,” she said.
Bryan Adams, a managing partner at Integrity, said the deal will give the combined company a great ability to serve the senior market.
